Clinker system, technology description

The system is widely used. This system has quite a few advantages:

Clinker tiles are glued into formed grooves in polystyrene, so the work goes faster.
Material and labor costs are saved, as usually a reinforcing layer of adhesive must be applied to the wall polystyrene at the initial stage.
The amount of putty for the gaps is saved, since part of the gap between the tiles is polystyrene, the thickness of the putty is left according to the recommendations of the putty manufacturer.
Tiles can be glued from top to bottom, although we standardly glue from bottom to top, so with this system, the glue does not contaminate the tiles below.
We produce polystyrene of the thickness required by the customer, grooves are formed according to the future clinker tile.
